Welcome

KJV Rehearsals to continue on Zoom for the moment

Since lockdown began in March, King’s Junior Voices has continued to rehearse weekly using video conferencing software. It has been an unusual experience with the children and staff all in their own homes, especially as video conferencing software does not lend itself to group singing and thus rehearsals have been held with all on mute, except for the conductor.

It is with great excitement that the Robins can now present to you a performance of Hold on Tight, a song written by Susan Legg in support of the NHS during the COVID-19 crisis. This is the first time that they have been able to sing ‘together’ since the lockdown began in March and they dedicate this performance to all the staff at our wonderful local hospital, Addenbrooke’s. Thank you NHS and happy 72nd birthday!

KJV Robins perform Hold on Tight by Susan Legg
Performed by the children separately in their own homes during lockdown
Conducted by Lynette Alcántara and accompanied by Owen Elsley
